Privacy Policy

Who we are

Yieldworks is a sole proprietorship of Stijn de Smit, based in the Netherlands. For questions about this policy or your data, you can email stijn@yieldworks.nl.

What data we collect

When you contact us by email, we process the data you provide, such as your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to answer your question or schedule a strategy call.

Cookies and analytics

We only set analytics and marketing cookies if you consent through the cookie banner. If you decline, these services are not loaded. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Google Analytics 4 gives us insight into how visitors use the site, for example which pages are visited and through which channel visitors arrive. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Leadsy helps us recognize which companies visit our website, so we can reach out to relevant organizations. To do this, data such as your IP address and the pages you visit may be matched to business contact details. We use this information only for business outreach, and you can object at any time via stijn@yieldworks.nl.

We store your cookie choice itself locally in your browser, so the banner doesn't return on every visit.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. Data is only shared with service providers that support us in delivering our services (such as Google Analytics and Leadsy), and only for that purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so, please contact us at stijn@yieldworks.nl.
